Return Policy
In an effort to reduce overproduction, our product is made as soon as you place your order, therefore we do not offer refunds. 

Damaged/Defective Items
We pride ourselves in unparalleled product quality.  Each order goes through a 3-step quality check before it is shipped out.  If a damaged or mislabeled item slipped through the cracks, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement. 

Any claims of damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days of the product being received.  All claims must include a detailed description of the problem and 2-3 quality photos so we can clearly see the issue.

Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect address or address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the costs to reship your order.
