Domestic Shipping (US)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Processing Timelines
Orders typically take 2-5 days (outside of weekend and holidays) to process, prior to it being shipped.
International Orders (Including Canada)
- We ship globally to select countries.
- Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
- Your order price does not reflect any additional fees that may be incurred due to custom duties, taxes or carrier related fees. You, the consumer, are responsible for paying these fees at the time of delivery.
Wrong Address
If you, the consumer, provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you, the consumer, are liable for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
