Return Policy
In an effort to reduce overproduction, our product is made on-demand, especially for you, as soon as you place your order, therefore we do not offer refunds. 

Damaged/Defective/Misprinted Items
We pride ourselves in unparalleled product quality.  Each order goes through a 3-step quality check before it is shipped out.  If a damaged or mislabeled item slipped through the cracks, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement. 

Any claims of damaged/defective/misprinted items must be submitted within 14 days of the product being received.  All claims must include a detailed description of the problem and 2-3 quality photos so we can clearly see the issue.
